gastronomy > Les Bonnes Crèmes

Franz Potisek and Florence Fontaine share a taste for antics. Franz, interior designer, and Florence, a collector of objects, paintings and ceramics, could only get along.

Yet what unites them above all is the pleasure of living well; And their complicity is measured in front of an oven. It was at the end of a happy dinner when a Crème Caramel was served to the guests that one of their friends, an Italian, complained that he couldn’t find any good one in the supermarkets… “Les Bonnes Crèmes” was born.

In a decor of elegant sobriety, faithful to a tradition of ancient commerce, tinted with a modern shade with a wall mural by Alix Walline, Les Bonnes Crèmes are elaborated on a simple principle. The basics. Good milk, real eggs, caramel. And the fine vanilla of Madagascar.
