gastronomy > Caffè Stern

Open from 8:30 am to midnight, the Caffè Stern welcomes its guest from breakfast with croissants and virgin olive oil brioches to the cocktail hour with its cicchetti Alajmo (a typical Venetian antipasti reinterpretation) such as cod brandade, fried polenta, saffron rice meatballs or tomatoes and bread soup. For lunch and diner, the menu is more traditional and offers Italian cuisine reinterpreted by Max Alajmo such as the smoked Piedmontese meat tartar, spaghetti alla carbonara with extra virgin olive oil or the Involtini, fried shrimp with poutargue sauce. All of these are served in a historic environment where ancient paneling mixed with XVIe century.
