Created by Benoit Wartel and Nicolas Crabot, Atelier Sarasin offers delicious gluten-free cookie.
Atelier Sarasin was able to master the unique taste of buckwheat by analyzing the seeds to produce pure flour, lighter than a conventional flour. Its taste, softened by shelling, helps magnify the other ingredients of their recipes and allows all extravagances.
Inaugurated in 2015 in Montbard, Atelier Sarasin offers now 8 recipes of bio and gluten-free biscuits certified by the AFDIAG (French Gluten Intolerance Association).
